Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box or mailer.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as our warehouse receives and inspects the goods.
